Hill 400 - Hell Let Loose

Hill 400 is a forested hill in the Hurtgen Forest which resides east of the town of Bergstein, Germany. I was tasked with research, design, layout, and production on this one. I learned much about the 2nd Ranger Battalion and the struggles for this hill. The level features a lot of slopes and required a lot of careful rock placement. I really enjoyed working on this one and found a lot of parallels between the player responses and research I did. For instance, tankers not wanting to drive their tanks into a forest up a hill.
